Last Monday morning our tamariki had such a great time with Ellen from Hey Dee Ho educational services. We learnt some sign language, sang our favourite songs, played with puppets and made some music with instruments.

Heathy Heart Award - Silver
My child is super happy. Teachers are always friendly to me and great with communication. Also I think the sleep facilities and food are fantastic.
I'm very glad that my son is at Active Explorers Grenada. The centre is like second home for kids with good play area, sleep place and food – great ambiance too 😊 I would highly recommend this centre to anyone who is looking for childcare!

Healthy Heart Award for Active Explorers Grenada On Thursday 2 July 2020, we were visited by Fiona from the New Zealand Heart Foundation. Fiona is a nutrition advisor who has been working with our centre, Active Explorers Grenada, for the last 18 months. She has been supporting our centre cook to provide nutritious food each day to our tamariki. We have learnt how to create delicious menus, promote healthy eating and physical activity to make a positive difference to the health of our centre community.
Starting school is a significant event for children and for their families and a milestone which many of us celebrate. It is something many children look forward to. Most children settle easily into school, but a few find adjusting to the change takes time.
