We aspire to live up to our name here at Active Explorers.
To explore we know that we must first feel safe, secure and connected to people and the place where we stand. At Active Explorers we strive to work in partnership with whānau, providing learning environments for tamariki that are accepting and reflective of who they are individually and as a community. We aim to support tamariki and whānau to have ownership of this place and to see the potential in themselves and the world around them.
Explorers have a growth mindset that drives them to seek knowledge and understanding and build new ways of being and doing. At Active Explorers we offer learning around the dispositions and skills that will enable tamariki to navigate and succeed during their learning journeys.
