Pink Day at Active Explorers Kaiwharawhara
We had a Pink Day at Active Explorers Kaiwharawhara on Friday 25 May to raise money for the Breast Cancer Foundation. All donations received pink play dough made with love by the children in the Juniors Room. Children and teachers came dressed in pink clothing and participated in pink learning experiences.
The Toddlers Room experimented with making and playing with pink gloop. The Juniors Room had a special group time to learn about the important work of the Breast Cancer Foundation. Our centre raised $50 to support the Breast Cancer Foundation’s research towards a cure for breast cancer.
As you can see from the photos, we all had a blast!
