Making ANZAC cookies at Active Explorers Highbrook
Today we made ANZAC biscuits with the children at Active Explorers Highbrook.
We had also read them a book called 'Anzac Ted' that gave them an idea of what Anzac Day is about. The children who took part in this learning experience loved every moment of it as they made their own biscuit without any assistance. They took one teaspoon of each ingredient and them mixed it together in their own bowl, and made it into a ball and flattened it by themselves.
